Irish-Inspired Comfort: Chicken Collard Pie for St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick's Day is just around the corner, and what better way to celebrate than with a dish that combines tradition with a tasty twist? This year, step away from the usual corned beef and cabbage and treat your taste buds to a delightful Chicken Collard Pie for St. Patrick's Day.

We have collards growing year round in our garden, so they are the perfect green addition instead of the usual cabbage. Along with our collards, I also used our garlic and herbs to add a fresh touch! You may find something else in season at your local farmer's market - ask a farmer and cook with what is currently growing.

This hearty and flavorful dish is a perfect fusion of Irish inspiration and Southern comfort, making it a unique and satisfying addition to your St. Patrick's Day feast.

This St. Patrick's Day, let the spirit of Ireland and the comfort of Southern foods come together in a delightful harmony with this Chicken and Collard Pie.  It's a unique and flavorful way to celebrate the holiday while enjoying a comforting meal that combines the best of both worlds. So, gather your loved ones, raise a toast to the Emerald Isle, and savor the delicious fusion of flavors in this hearty pie. Sláinte!
