In case you haven't heard, Moscow Mules are delicious. They have been very popular in the past few years and continue to be. It is a refreshing, light drink that is perfect for summer (or any season!). With the abundance of blueberries we are currently picking, I have been searching for all blueberry recipes. So a Blueberry Moscow Mule was a must!
I am not one for recipes online with long stories, so let's get to the good part.
Ingredients
(makes 2-3 drinks)
Blueberry vodka (recipe how to below)
About two jars of blueberries
Favorite Vodka (6ml or 4 shots, two shots per jar)
Juice of two limes
Two Ginger Beers (we prefer Reed's!)
Ice
Blueberry Moscow Mule
Instructions
1. Add blueberries to jar (we used old jam jars) and add vodka. Let sit at room temperature for a week.
2. In a copper mug, muddle mint leaves. Add in ice, blueberry vodka, lime, and ginger beer. Add a couple of fresh blueberries on top if desired. Enjoy and cheers!
